Resolved Question: A review of Tompkins Dental in Ithaca, NY?

Can anyone tell me about Tompkins Dental in Ithaca, NY? How are they with kids? Do they dislike questions from children? The reason I am asking is because Cayuga Family Dental said my 13 yr old had an attitude problem and they couldn't work with her. She asked the dentist how long her appt would be and they refused to discuss it with my husband, so I don't want the same experiences with a different dentist That 13 yr old was my daughter and she wasn't a brat! She simply asked how long the appt would take! If that idiot thinned skinned dentist had a real complaint they should have been professional enough to discuss things with my husband or me not tell my daughter she had an attitude problem! think before you answer and infer that my child is a brat!!...
