Resolved Question: what kinds of financial aid packages do transfer students to a college usually receive?

Well I live in NYC and im interested in transferring to an upstate NY school (Ithaca College, Skidmore, Geneseo, St Lawrence, etc), has anyone had any experience with financial aid packages they've received as a transfer student?
